At Hbeauty, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which products may be returned, replaced, or refunded.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the personal nature of beauty and personal care products, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery

Products once opened or used are not eligible for return or refund.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse

  • Products purchased during clearance or special discount sales

  • Free gifts or promotional items


3. Return Request Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Share your order ID, issue details, and supporting images

  3. Our team will review and approve the request if eligible

Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.


4. Return Pickup & Shipping

  • Approved returns will be picked up by our courier partner or you may be asked to self-ship

  • Products must be securely packed to prevent damage

  • Hbeauty reserves the right to reject returns if packaging or product condition does not meet policy standards


5. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the error is from our side


6. Replacement Policy

In case of damaged or incorrect products:

  • We may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to availability

  • Replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery


7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment by contacting customer support

  • Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled

  • Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5–7 business days


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  • Check your bank or payment provider first

  • Contact your bank or card issuer

  • If the issue persists, contact our support team


9. Policy Abuse

Hbeauty reserves the right to:

  • Refuse returns in cases of repeated misuse

  • Take necessary action against fraudulent claims
